Analyst - Consulting Team

Where?

What will you do?

We need smart, bright Analysts to joining our expanding Consulting team. You will work with our growing, international client base (UK/Europe/Asia) to help each of our clients improve their business. You’ll do this by analysing & interpreting client data, and delivering high quality insights to support & inform their decision making. Throughout it all, you’ll work closely with our Consulting, Client and Software Development teams.

 

We’ll need you to:

  • analyse client data to deliver actionable, insights to enable our clients to do something differently in their business
  • talk to clients day to day to ensure the data is correct and the project is on track & delivered
  • manage clients set up, validation, analysis and sign off process
  • work with the software development team to ensure we’re delivering what the clients need

 

 

  • help us to build great relationships with our existing clients and spot opportunities to help them even more
  • be cool with travelling both in UK, Europe and further afield
  • understand our products, our market and our clients

About you

We need someone who can show us that they have a passion for making a difference and having an impact from the word go. You’ll be comfortable handling large data sets and have an eagle eye for detail. You’ll love to problem solve (so probably had a Rubik’s cube at some point in your life) and be able to juggle – not balls, but rather competing priorities and be able to work to deadlines. As well as working happily on your own or working closely with the teams, we want someone with bags of initiative & enthusiasm and a glass-half-full take on things.

What will you do?

We need smart, bright, engineers to join our expanding Software Development team. You will work within a small, high performing team to deliver top quality products which help our clients (UK & International) to improve their business. You’ll do this by working in an Agile way, to continually design, build and enhance our award winning products. Throughout it all, you’ll work closely with our Consulting, Product & Operations team.

 

We’ll need you to:

  • use your huge intellect to solve problems continually & develop the right technical solutions
  • write epic code you are proud to put your name to
  • engage in working in true Agile way
  • test your own code and other peoples

 

 

  • pair programme to get to the optimum solution as efficiently as possible
  • help our lovely clients when they are stuck and help them solve their problems
  • understand our products, our market and our clients

About you

We need someone who can show us that they have a passion for both problem solving and for developing & building the best products possible. You’ll be comfortable working with the right technologies (C#/C#/AngularJS/MS SQL/Azure) and have an eagle eye for detail. You’ll love to problem solve (so probably had a Rubik’s cube at some point in your life) and are happy to constantly challenge to ensure we are continuously improving. Junior Software Tester

Junior Software Tester

What will you do?

We need a Junior Software Tester to help us continue to give our clients the best quality applications possible. You’ll do this by ensuring delivery of client requirements, managing defects, and testing in a web-based environment. And throughout it all, you’ll work closely with our Dev & Product teams.

 

We’ll need you to:

  • Perform all manual testing within the usual testing life cycle, including fortnightly release smoke testing and user story functional testing
  • Analyse business and technical specifications to get the right requirements, and plan relevant test coverage
  • Co-ordinate testing plans (prepare and execute) so the final product meets the scope

 

 

  • Show an interest in upskilling and being a contributor to our continued QA improvement automation strategy and process
  • Help us to stay up to date with any new cool stuff in QA/Testing, particularly around automation techniques and approaches

About you

Being technically minded & detail obsessed is a must for this role. Previous experience is less important but bonus points for:

  • Knowing how to do the basics – test scripts, test data requirements, test management tools
  • Understanding the Agile development approach
  • Knowledge of PowerShell, SQL, Git, BDD tools such as Protractor, Cucumber and Jasmine

You’ll have to want to deliver great quality every time – results and accountability really matter to you. Your approach is always proactive. You know how to communicate effectively and it’s a real strength you have. As well as working happily on your own or working closely with the teams, we want someone with bags of initiative & enthusiasm and a glass-half-full take on things.

Product Support Analyst

What will you do?

We need smart, bright Analysts to join our Product Team. You will help and support our growing, international client base (UK/Europe/APAC) to continually improve their business. You’ll do this by developing new and better ways to improve our clients experience, the way in which we ensure client data quality is at the ultimate level and by analysing, investigating & interpreting client data & issues. Throughout it all, you’ll work closely with our Consulting, Client and Product team.

 

We’ll need you to:

  • drive continuous step changes to our client experience
  • work with our Software Developers to ensure we’re giving the clients the best experience
  • ensure our solutions are the best and test them just to be totally sure you are happy they are

 

 

  • help us to build great relationships with our existing clients and develop ways to help them even more
  • work with internal stakeholders to action configuration of our applications in XML, SQL and C#
  • understand our products, our market and our clients

About you

We need someone who can show us that they have a passion for making a difference and having an impact from the word go. You’ll be comfortable handling large & complex data sets and have an eagle eye for detail. You’ll love to problem solve (so probably had a Rubik’s cube at some point in your life) and be able to juggle – not balls, but rather competing priorities and be able to work to deadlines.  You’ll thrive on making things work better and your total love of all things numbers means you have a degree in Maths, Statistics Computer Science or something with much data loving involved.  

As well as working happily on your own or working closely with the teams, we want someone with bags of initiative & enthusiasm and a glass-half-full take on things.
